For schools, youth organisations and social initiatives, my talks focus on choices, perseverance and responsibility, not as abstract ideas, but as lived experience.
Using real stories from long human powered journeys, expeditions and everyday setbacks, I speak about continuing when things get difficult, dealing with failure, and taking ownership of your own path. The goal is not to impress, but to encourage reflection and honest conversation.
Alongside expeditions and mountaineering, I also draw from earlier life experiences. As a 17 year old, I spent several years living on the streets. This period shaped how I think about responsibility, resilience and conscious decision making, lessons that remain just as relevant as those learned in extreme environments.
The talks are accessible, direct and adapted to the audience. There is room for questions, interaction and discussion, allowing participants to connect the stories to their own lives and challenges.

Topics include:
- Making conscious choices
- Dealing with setbacks and uncertainty
- Perseverance when motivation fades
- Taking responsibility for your own actions
- Finding direction without having everything figured out
Each session is tailored to the age group, context and goals of the organisation.
