In October 2022 I cycled to Lorient (France) and sailed all the way to Panama. There I hopped on the bike to continue my human powered journey to Alaska! It took a total of more than 25.000km of cycling, rowing and sailing across Central and North America. The hardest part was the cycling trip in the Canadian and Alaskan winter, alone and with temperatures down to -40°.
